Making your payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer in the form of a full advance payment no later than 1 month before arrival. You can also pay in cash or by credit/debit card; Maestro, Maestro Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club Int. and JCB Cards welcomed.
• Alternatively, vouchers are also accepted (Sodexho Pass, Le Cheque Déjeuner, Accor Services, Menu Service).

Important information

• Smoking is not allowed throughout the Priessnitz spa resort, except for certain reserved places.
• Due to the disorders treated at the centre, pets are not permitted.
• Rooms are available to guests from 1 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
