Priessnitz whole body pack

The Priessnitz pack is used to strengthen immunity, improve blood flow, relax skeletal muscles and for rheumatic problems. After preheating in the shower, the whole body is wrapped with a cold, wet sheet followed by relaxed lying in the pack under the blanket, where warming up again occurs.
